The problem

Questions, answered.
Do I need a call?
No. You fill in a 15-minute brief and upload 3 to 5 pieces of copy you think are on-brand. We work from that and the client's public material. If something is missing we email you once with one list.
When does the 48 hours start?
When the brief is complete and paid (and, if you asked for one, the NDA is signed). If anything is missing we tell you before the clock starts.
Which AI tools does it work with?
Every pack includes a ready-to-paste ChatGPT Custom Instructions set and a Claude Project prompt. The voice sheet and rubric work with any tool, including Gemini and Copilot.
I write for several clients in one ChatGPT account. Will Custom Instructions clash?
They would, because Custom Instructions apply to every chat. If you tell us you juggle clients, we set the pack up for per-client Projects or a custom GPT instead, so each client stays in its own space.
Do you invent facts or claims about my client?
Never. Every fact and approved phrase traces back to the client's public material, your samples or your brief. Anything we can't source is marked [TO CONFIRM] for you to check.
Can I share the pack with my client?
Yes. Choose neutral branding in the brief and it arrives without InkByte branding, ready to forward.
What about confidential clients?
Tell us in the brief. Confidential clients are never named outside the job folder, and we can sign an NDA before we start.
What if it isn't right?
You get one free revision round within 7 days of delivery. Tell us what's off and we fix it.
