The 8 jobs it covers

One section per job. Four prompts each.

  1. Prospect research and pipeline watch
Brief a research run, build an account dossier, check every fact in it, and set up a weekly scheduled watch on your target list.
  2. Qualify: go or no-go
Qualify the opportunity, score it honestly, estimate what the pitch will cost you, and say no well.
  3. RFPs, briefs and tenders
Decode the RFP, build a compliance matrix, draft clarification questions, and check the extra rules on public tenders.
  4. Credentials and case studies
Map your real work to the brief, tailor a case study without adding a single number, proof-check every claim, and prepare team bios and references.
  5. Pitch strategy, story and deck
Find the problem behind the brief, test your themes, shape the story and outline, and brief a first-draft deck.
  6. Chemistry, rehearsal and Q&A
Prep the chemistry meeting, role-play the client panel, build the hard Q&A bank, and plan the run sheet.
  7. Proposals, scopes and fees
Draft the scope, explain the fee from your own numbers, list assumptions and exclusions, and list the terms to check with a professional.
  8. Follow-up, win/loss and sign-off
Write the follow-up, run the win/loss review, check what's safe to give an agent, and keep an AI-use log for tenders that ask.

What's inside

A 36-page kit you'll actually open.

Most AI advice for new business is a list of email prompts. This kit treats agents as fast, tireless prep teams that need a brief, a plan you approve and someone checking their work. The prompts never invent a result, client, award or quote, work only from your real credentials bank, respect RFP confidentiality and NDAs, and keep the decision, the relationship and the room with you. All client names and examples are fictional.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will an agent write my pitch?

No, on purpose. Agents do the prep: research, reading, matching, first drafts and rehearsal. The idea, the proof and the room stay with you.

Which tools do I need?

The prompts are plain text and work in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and in agent tools. Deep research, scheduled tasks and agent features mostly need paid plans, and some aren't available everywhere yet. The tools page in the kit says which.

Can I put an RFP into an AI tool?

Only if the prospect's terms allow it. Many RFPs and tender packs are confidential, and some come with an NDA. The kit includes an “is this safe to give an agent?” check, and a plan for when something goes into the wrong tool.

Will it make up case study results?

The prompts tell it not to, and every credentials prompt has a proof check against your own credentials bank. You still check every claim before anything goes out.

Does it cover public tenders and AI disclosure?

It summarises PPN 017, which lets UK central government buyers ask suppliers about AI use, and includes a prompt to keep an honest AI-use log. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Can I share it with my team?

A licence is for one person, so each colleague needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
