Does it work with the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Yes. The prompts are plain text and work in all three, on free or paid plans. The Account Assistant set-up uses ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects or Gemini Gems. Each tool decides which features are on which plan, and they change often, so the kit links to each tool's own help page.
Is it safe to use with client information?
The kit is built to be used with anonymised material: code names instead of client names, and no confidential data. It includes a privacy page explaining how to check whether a tool can train on your chats, and why business or enterprise plans are the better choice for client work. Always follow your agency's AI policy and your client contracts.
I'm a freelancer, not in an agency. Is it still for me?
Yes. If you manage your own clients (chasing, reporting, scoping, briefing), the same jobs apply. You'll just use fewer of the “brief your team” prompts.
Will the emails sound like me?
