The 8 jobs it covers
One section per job. Four prompts each.
- Media planning research
Frame a category research task, turn a report into planning questions, list what you need from the client and watch competitor ad activity. - Audience and channel analysis
Read an audience export, map channel roles, sense-check a media plan and read the post-campaign report. - Sourcing suppliers and talent
Build a longlist from public portfolios, review portfolios against the brief, draft the availability and quote request and brief the casting. - Briefs and estimates
Write the commissioning brief, compare quotes like for like, build the client estimate and explain it to the client. - Usage rights and licensing
Map the usage the client needs, read a licence in plain English, check a new request against the licences you hold and check the licence matches the deal. - Negotiation and contracts
Prepare your negotiation, role-play it, check a supplier contract against your checklist and confirm the deal in writing. - Invoices, reconciliation and renewals
Check an invoice against the deal, reconcile a campaign's bookings, watch licence end dates and keep your own rate record. - Commissioning people and AI imagery
Write a fair commission with AI terms, ask the hard questions of AI imagery, check a stock or generated image for the use and handle likeness and voices.
What's inside
A 36-page kit you'll actually open.
Most AI advice for buyers is about letting platforms spend the money. This kit uses AI for the work around the buy: research with citations, plan arithmetic, like-for-like quotes, licence reading, negotiation rehearsal, invoice checks and licence watches. The prompts never invent rates or licence terms, quote the document for every term, show their sums, and never contact, agree or sign anything. Rates, rights, relationships and signatures stay with you. All client names and examples are fictional.
Pages from the kit

- 32 agent-ready prompts: across the 8 jobs, each with when to use it, a good-output example, the one thing to check before it goes anywhere, and two follow-ups for when it's not right.
- A worked example: one photography buy, from usage map to a clean invoice.
- Bonus: when it goes wrong: for when an image is running outside its licence, and when a media owner under-delivered and won't talk about a make-good.
- Your Buying Agent: ready-to-paste instructions for a Claude Project, ChatGPT Project, Gemini Gem or an agent tool, plus a buying card for each buy.
- 3 templates: a usage and licence tracker, a negotiation plan and a contract and invoice checklist.
- Research, media and image tools now: a factual page on deep research in the main assistants, ad platform AI, stock and generative image licences, from each company's own pages. Last checked 20 October 2026.
- Honest limits: rates, rights, relationships, negotiation, people and accountability.
- Usage rights, licensing and AI imagery: who owns commissioned work (UK), licences, moral rights (UK), stock licences, AI imagery, AI tool terms, labelling and likeness. A summary, not legal advice.
- A privacy note: on permission, least access and hidden instructions.
- Two formats: a designed 36-page PDF plus a plain-text file of every prompt, ready to copy.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Will it negotiate for me?
No, on purpose. It prepares your position, plays the other side so you can rehearse, and drafts the confirmation email. The negotiation, the deal and the signature are yours.
Does it give market rates?
No. Assistants invent plausible rates, so the kit never does. Prompt 7.4 builds your own rate record from your real quotes, POs and invoices, and writes [NO DATA] where you have none.
Does it cover usage rights and licensing?
Yes. Section 05 maps usage, reads licences in plain English, checks new requests and checks the licence matches the deal. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.
What about AI-generated images?
Section 08 covers fair commissions with AI terms, the questions to ask of AI imagery, stock and generated image licences, and consent for likeness and voices.
Which tools do I need?
The prompts are plain text and work in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and in agent tools. Agent, scheduling and research features mostly need paid plans, and some aren't available everywhere yet. The tools page in the kit says which.
Can I share it with my team?
A licence is for one person, so each colleague needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
