Who it's for

For the people who keep timelines, budgets and suppliers on track.

Producers and senior producers

In creative, digital, content and production agencies.

Project and delivery managers

Who run timelines, budgets and suppliers.

Heads of production

Who want agents doing the admin, with read-only access and proper checks.

The 8 jobs it covers

One section per job. Four prompts each.

  1. Scopes and estimates
Turn the brief into scope questions, structure the estimate, check it for gaps and write the assumptions and exclusions.
  2. Timelines and resourcing
Build the timeline backwards, plan the people, find the critical path and replan when a date slips.
  3. Status reports and meeting notes
Turn meeting notes into actions, write the weekly status report, write an honest client update and build the chase list.
  4. Risk and change control
Keep the risk register, write a change request, check for scope creep and draft an escalation.
  5. Supplier and production briefs
Write a supplier brief, compare supplier quotes, list the supplier terms to check and run the freelancer booking checklist.
  6. Budgets and reconciliation
Track the budget, check an invoice, reconcile at wrap and explain an overrun.
  7. Scheduled agent runs and monitoring
Set up a weekly status run, a daily deadline watch and a budget burn alert, and audit the agent run.
  8. Delivery, wrap and sign-off
Check delivery against the specs, write the wrap report, check what's safe to give an agent and log AI use.

What's inside

A 36-page kit you'll actually open.

Most AI advice for producers is a list of email prompts. This kit treats agents as tireless admin help that needs a brief, read-only access and someone checking its work. The prompts never invent a rate, cost, date or approval, work only from your rate card and real quotes, show their arithmetic, and keep approvals, payments and the client relationship with you. All client names and examples are fictional.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will an agent run my jobs?

No, on purpose. Agents take the admin: notes, drafts, checks and monitoring. The calls, the numbers and the relationships stay with you.

Will it make up rates or costs?

The prompts tell it not to, and work only from your rate card and the quotes you give it, with references. Every estimate and invoice prompt has a check. You still check every figure in a spreadsheet.

Is it safe to give agents budgets and contracts?

Only with permission, and with the least access the task needs. Scheduled runs in the kit are read only. The kit includes an “is this safe to give an agent?” check and an audit of what the agent did.

Does it cover supplier contracts, IR35 and late payment?

It summarises public guidance from GOV.UK and HMRC and points you to the sources. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Which tools do I need?

The prompts are plain text and work in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and in agent tools. Agent, scheduling and research features mostly need paid plans, and some aren't available everywhere yet. The tools page in the kit says which.

Can I share it with my team?

A licence is for one person, so each colleague needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
