What we collect
- Orders: your name, email, business name, and payment details processed by Stripe (we do not see full card numbers).
- Briefs: the information and files you send about your client. We ask you to remove personal data from samples; public staff names are fine.
- Sample and newsletter signups: your email address.
- Website: basic server logs kept by our host. [No analytics cookies are used. Update if analytics are added.]
Why and on what basis
- To deliver your order and handle revisions: performance of a contract.
- To send the sample and occasional related emails: legitimate interests, with an opt-out in every email. Newsletter: consent.
- To keep accounting records: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
Service providers acting for us: Stripe (payments), Tally (order briefs and file uploads), Beehiiv (newsletter), Netlify (website hosting), Google Workspace (email and file storage), and the AI service we use to build and test packs, which only receives the client material you send us. Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where your data leaves the UK, it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Raw samples: deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Delivered packs: kept for 12 months so we can handle revisions and bundle orders, then deleted. Accounting records: 6 years. Mailing list: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or take a copy. Email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
