Who it's for
For the people who write the words.
Copywriters and senior copywriters
In creative, digital, content and brand agencies.
Junior writers
Who want a sharper process from the start.
Anyone in an agency who writes for brands
Content designers, CRM and social writers, UX writers.
The 8 jobs it covers
One section per job. Four prompts each.
- Briefs and the job of the words
Decode the brief, write your own one-page writer's brief, map every length and mandatory, and find what the brief takes for granted. - Research, customers and proof
Digest the sources you paste, mine the words customers actually use, build a proof bank for every claim, and audit what the category already says. - Angles, ideas and lines
Explore angles, see the 20 obvious lines so you can avoid them, pressure-test your shortlist, and write the rationale. The line is yours. - Structure, length and formats
Three structures before you draft, a reverse outline of your draft, cuts that keep your words, and versions across every format. - Machine-sounding copy
Scan for the tells (generic openers, threes, hedges, stock words, false contrasts, flat rhythm, empty superlatives), force the facts, map the rhythm, and handle the AI draft a client sends you. - Brand tone of voice
Turn the guidelines into a working voice sheet, build on-voice and off-voice pairs from real copy, score any draft, and map tone by channel. - Your own voice
A personal style sheet built from your best work, AI as editor and sparring partner (never ghostwriter), and a voice drift check. - Editing, proofing and sign-off
Proofread without flattening your voice, keep several writers consistent, list every claim for clearance, and log how AI was and wasn't used.
What's inside
A 36-page kit you'll actually open.
Most AI writing advice is about getting finished copy out of a prompt. This kit does the opposite. It uses AI for the legwork (reading, sorting, cutting, versioning, checking) and keeps the idea, the line and the final copy with you. All client names and examples are fictional.
Pages from the kit

- 32 prompts: across the 8 jobs, each with when to use it, a good-output example, the one thing to check before it goes anywhere, and two ready follow-ups for when it's not right.
- A worked example: one fictional brief, from inbox to first draft in your voice, using four prompts in a row.
- Bonus: when it goes wrong: two extra prompts: for a client who wants AI to write it all, and for when someone says your copy was written by AI.
- Your Copy Assistant: ready-to-paste instructions for a ChatGPT Project, Claude Project or Gemini Gem that knows your agency, your style and your rules, plus a brand voice card for each client.
- 3 templates: a copy review and AI-tell checklist, a brand voice sheet, and a personal style sheet.
- How your tools use AI now: a factual page on ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google Docs, Copilot in Word, Grammarly, Notion AI, Jasper, WRITER, Canva and Figma, from each company's own pages. Last checked 20 October 2026.
- Honest limits: where the words stay human, and why: the idea, the line, voice, truth, rights and trust.
- AI, rights and disclosure: who owns AI-written text in the UK, claims and the CAP Code, labelling in the UK and EU, award rules and contracts, with sources and a last-checked date. A summary, not legal advice.
- A privacy note: with links to each tool's own data settings.
- Two formats: a designed 36-page PDF plus a plain-text file of every prompt, ready to copy.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Will it write my copy?
No, on purpose. It helps you decode briefs, find the customer's words, build proof, test lines, cut, version and check. The idea, the line and the final copy stay with you, for reasons of craft, voice, truth and client trust.
Does it work with the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?
Yes. The prompts are plain text and work in all three. The Copy Assistant uses ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects or Gemini Gems. On Claude's Free plan, project instructions need a paid plan, so the kit gives a short version to paste as your first message instead. For anything that belongs to a client, the kit recommends business or enterprise plans, and links to each tool's own help page.
Will it make my copy sound like AI?
It's built to do the reverse. Section 05 and template T1 help you find and fix the habits that make copy sound machine-made, and section 07 keeps your own voice from drifting.
Is it safe to paste client briefs and customer reviews?
The kit is built around code names and sharing only what a task needs. It warns you wherever client material or personal data is pasted, and tells you to remove names and details from reviews. Always follow your agency's AI policy and your client contracts.
Does it tell us whether our claims are legal?
No. It helps you list every claim, match it to evidence and ask the right questions, and points to the CAP Code rules on evidence and reviews. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.
Can I share it with my team?
A licence is for one person, so each colleague who wants to use the kit needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it, such as a voice sheet or a proof bank.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
