Who it's for

For the people who set the creative bar.

Creative directors and associate creative directors

Who run the reviews, brief the team and sell the work.

Executive creative directors

Who set the bar across the agency and own the awards and pitches.

Design directors and founders

Who still lead the work themselves.

The 8 jobs it covers

One section per job. Four prompts each.

  1. Briefs worth answering
Interrogate the client brief, write a one-page creative brief, find the tensions worth exploring and map the category's conventions.
  2. Creative reviews and feedback
Turn crit scribbles into useful feedback, check your tone before you send it, critique routes against the strategy and run a better review.
  3. Creative platforms
Stress-test a platform, write the document other teams can use, brief the extensions and plan references that point somewhere new.
  4. Presenting and selling the work
The rationale (with a 2-sentence version the client can repeat), the running order, an objection rehearsal and protecting the idea after feedback.
  5. Pitches and tissue sessions
The pitch point of view, a tissue session that gets honest reactions, a workload plan that doesn't break the team, and a debrief.
  6. Award entries and case studies
An entry built from sourced results, a case film outline that marks every reconstruction, a jury-eye critique and the craft story.
  7. Leading the creative team
A workload map, growth 1:1s, giving bad news about the work well, and the team's AI rules.
  8. AI in the work
A tool trial plan, a craft check on AI drafts, a pre-flight check before AI assets ship, and a provenance log with a client disclosure note.

What's inside

A 35-page kit you'll actually open.

Most AI prompt lists try to have the idea for you. This one doesn't. Every prompt critiques against the brief rather than general taste, uses only the facts you give it, never claims a result without a source, and critiques the work, never the person. All client names and examples are fictional.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will it write the ideas for us?

No, on purpose. It interrogates briefs, finds tensions, tests platforms, checks feedback and drafts the paperwork around the work. The ideas, the lines and the choice of route stay with you and the team.

Does it work with the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini?

Yes. The prompts are plain text and work in all three. The Creative Leadership Assistant uses ChatGPT Projects, Claude Projects or Gemini Gems. On Claude's Free plan, project instructions need a paid plan, so the kit gives a short version to paste as your first message instead. For anything that belongs to a client, the kit recommends business or enterprise plans, and links to each tool's own help page.

Is it safe to use with unreleased work?

The kit is built around code names and sharing only what a task needs. It warns you wherever client material is pasted. The privacy page explains how to check whether a tool can train on your chats and why business plans are the better choice. Always follow your agency's AI policy and your client contracts.

Does it tell us whether we own AI-generated work?

No. It gives a short, sourced summary of where things stand in the UK and EU, a pre-flight checklist and a provenance log, and tells you when to ask a lawyer. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Can I share it with my team?

A licence is for one person, so each colleague who wants to use the kit needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it, such as a creative brief or review notes.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
