1. About us

These terms apply to Client Brand Brain packs sold by InkByte Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 15157123 (registered name INKBYTE LTD), registered office A P H Accountants, 259 Wallasey Village, Wallasey, Merseyside, CH45 3LR, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@inkbyte.co.uk.

2. The service

A Client Brand Brain is a written brand voice pack for one client, supplied as a PDF and a prompt file. We sell to businesses and freelancers acting in the course of their trade. We do not sell to consumers. By ordering, you confirm you are buying for business purposes.

3. Prices and payment

One client pack £99. Three-client bundle £249. Rush 24-hour delivery £49. InkByte Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged and prices are final. Payment is taken in advance through Stripe.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver within 48 hours (24 hours for rush) of a complete brief: all required questions answered, at least 3 samples, payment received and any requested NDA signed. The clock runs Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays, so a brief completed on Friday afternoon is due by Tuesday afternoon. If we will miss the deadline we will tell you before it passes. If a rush order is delivered late, we refund the £49 rush fee.

5. Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the material you send us and that you have removed customers' personal data from it. You are responsible for checking any copy you publish, including legal and regulatory claims.

6. Revisions and refunds

Each pack includes one free revision round if requested within 7 days of delivery. If the pack still does not meet the brief after that revision, we refund the price of that pack in full. Bundle packs that have not been briefed within 12 months of purchase expire.

7. Ownership and use

On full payment you may use the pack for work for the named client, and share it with that client. We keep the rights to our templates, method and rubric. We may show work only where you said the client is not confidential, and only with your permission.

8. Facts and AI output

We do not invent facts; unverified items are marked [TO CONFIRM]. The pack improves AI output but we cannot guarantee what any AI tool will produce.

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the pack concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
