Questions, answered.

Is this legal advice?

No. The kit helps you prepare, plan and write. It points you to your own policies, the Acas Code, Acas and a solicitor whenever the law is involved, and it covers Great Britain only.

Will it screen CVs or rank candidates?

No, deliberately. The hiring prompts help you write fairer ads, structure interviews and tidy your own notes. The panel scores and decides.

Is it safe to use with information about staff?

The kit is built so you don't need to paste it. Prompts use roles and placeholders instead of names, and the privacy note explains why “Employee A” still counts as personal data and what never to paste.

I'm a fractional consultant. Does it work across clients?

Yes. Set up one Project or Gem per agency, each with its own agency card, so policies and people never mix.

Can my line managers use it?

There will be an Agency Team licence for up to 5 named people, which includes the line-manager pull-out.
