Who it's for

For the people who find the insight and make the leap.

Strategists and senior strategists

In brand, creative, comms, media and content agencies.

Planners and heads of planning

Who want agents doing the legwork, with proper checkpoints.

Junior planners

Who want good habits from the start: a brief for every agent run, and a source for every number.

The 8 jobs it covers

One section per job. Four prompts each.

  1. Agents and the agent brief
Decide what goes to chat, deep research, an agent or you; write the agent brief; review its plan; steer it mid-run.
  2. Agentic desk research and proof
Run a well-briefed research task, build a source pack as it goes, trace every number, and set a sceptic against the report.
  3. Explainers
Category, client business and trend explainers, built from sources you can check, plus a check before they travel.
  4. Insight synthesis
Mine real verbatims, triangulate the evidence, find tensions worth testing, and use synthetic personas safely (labelled “synthetic, not evidence”).
  5. Category and culture monitoring
A weekly category watch as a scheduled task, a culture scan, a competitor change log, and a monthly human review of signal and noise.
  6. Briefs and propositions
Decode the client brief, build rough options from the evidence, write the one-page creative brief, and stress-test it as a creative team would.
  7. Measurement and presenting
Objectives and a measurement plan, an honest read of results, a storyline and first deck outline, and a rehearsal of the hard questions.
  8. Checkpoints, verification and sign-off
A final source log, an “is this safe to give an agent?” check, an audit of what the agent did, and an AI-use log.

What's inside

A 36-page kit you'll actually open.

Most AI advice for strategists is a list of chat prompts. This kit treats agents as fast, tireless researchers who need a brief, a plan you approve, checkpoints and someone to check their work. The prompts ask for the source, date and base behind every number, never treat synthetic answers as evidence, and keep the insight and the recommendation with you. All client names and examples are fictional.

Pages from the kit

Strategy Agent set-up page with where to paste it and the full instructions.
Your Strategy Agent: ready to paste into Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or an agent tool.

Agent and research tools now: a factual summary from each company's own pages, last checked 20 October 2026.
  • 32 agent-ready prompts: across the 8 jobs, each with when to use it, a good-output example, the one thing to check before it goes anywhere, and two follow-ups for when it's not right.
  • A worked example: one fictional brief, from agent run to a proposition you can defend.
  • Bonus: when it goes wrong: for a client who wants synthetic personas instead of research, and for a wrong number in the deck.
  • Your Strategy Agent: ready-to-paste instructions for a Claude Project, ChatGPT Project, Gemini Gem or an agent tool, with rules on evidence, checkpoints and approvals, plus a strategy card per client.
  • 3 templates: an agent research brief, an insight and evidence log, and a human checkpoint and sign-off list.
  • Agent and research tools now: a factual page on the agent, deep research and scheduled-task features in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft and agent tools, from each company's own pages. Last checked 20 October 2026.
  • Honest limits: where the planner makes the leap: the leap, evidence, people, agents that act, judgement and accountability.
  • Data, research ethics and rights: personal data, the MRS Code, synthetic data, agents with access, report licences, EU labelling and contracts. A summary, not legal advice.
  • A privacy note: on permission, least access and hidden instructions.
  • Two formats: a designed 36-page PDF plus a plain-text file of every prompt, ready to copy.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Will an agent write my strategy?

No, on purpose. Agents do the digging: research, sorting, monitoring, first drafts. The insight and the recommendation stay with you, because you're the one defending them.

Which tools do I need?

The prompts are plain text and work in Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, and in agent tools. Deep research and agent features mostly need paid plans, and some aren't available everywhere yet. The tools page in the kit says which.

Is it safe to give agents client material?

Only with permission, and with the least access the task needs. The kit includes an “is this safe to give an agent?” check and an audit of what the agent did. Always follow your agency's AI policy and your client contracts.

Can I use AI personas instead of research?

The kit says no, and explains why, quoting MRS's AI council: synthetic data should never replace real human interactions.

Does it cover data protection and research ethics law?

It summarises public guidance from the ICO and the MRS Code of Conduct and points you to the sources. This is general information, not legal advice. Check anything legal, HR or contractual with a qualified professional before you act on it.

Can I share it with my team?

A licence is for one person, so each colleague needs their own copy. You can freely share what you make with it.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, just email hello@inkbyte.co.uk within 14 days of buying for a full refund. No questions asked. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
